Privacy Policy — TryNewRoom: AI Interior Design

1) Overview

TryNewRoom is an AI interior design app. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and your choices.

2) Data we collect

• Photos you upload (User Content): room photos/images you choose to upload, and any request text you provide (e.g., style notes). We do not store your uploaded photos on our servers — they are transmitted only to generate your result.
• Generated results (stored locally): AI-generated images returned to you can be saved locally on your device to power the “History” feature.
• Purchases & subscriptions (RevenueCat): subscription status and purchase/entitlement information needed to unlock premium features and restore purchases. Payment card details are handled by Apple/Google (not by us).
• Basic technical data (limited): minimal operational/security logs (e.g., timestamps, request metadata; IP address may be processed) for reliability and abuse prevention.

3) How we use your data

• Generate interior design results from your uploaded photo.
• Provide History (stored on-device).
• Verify subscriptions and enable premium features.
• Maintain security and troubleshoot issues.

4) Sharing & third parties

• Rork (Image Generation API): your uploaded images and request content are sent to Rork’s API endpoint to generate results.
• RevenueCat: used to manage subscription entitlements.
• Apple / Google: process payments and manage subscriptions.
• Service providers: hosting/operations providers may process limited technical data required to run the service.

We do not sell your personal data.

5) Retention & deletion

• Uploaded photos: not stored by us. We process them only to generate results. Transient copies may exist briefly in transit/caches needed to complete processing.
• Generated results (History): stored locally on your device until you delete them in-app (or uninstall/clear app storage).
• Operational logs: retained only as long as reasonably necessary for security and troubleshooting.

6) Security

We use reasonable safeguards to protect information. No system is 100% secure.

7) Children’s privacy

TryNewRoom is not intended for children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your country). We do not knowingly collect children’s personal data.

8) International transfers

Your data may be processed in countries other than where you live (for example, where our providers operate).

9) Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete certain data. For History, you can delete locally in the app. For other requests, contact us at trynewx.dev@gmail.com.
